Steen= Christine. Former member of short-lived area organic rock band People Machine. Also used to have really long hair.
Vo= Andrew. Multi-instrumentalist who has been involved in various DIY recording projects.
It’s interesting the musical product that results from VoSteen. It’s atmospheric, but in a pure way. I say atmospheric, because how most people would perceive “ambient” would be too sleepy for what they do. There are pinches of various genres that also add to their overall sound and that also help to make it their own.
They have done a regional tour with Kid Midi and are working on their first full disc.
