What this band is doing is indeed a delicate balance.
They play “heavy rock” with literate lyrical subject matter.
Leopard Sound Barrier is not just a really cool and original band name, there is experienced and workmanlike musicianship from members Nathan Avant(guitar/vox), Chad Judice(bass) and Brett Judice(drums/vocals). Many will recognize Brett Judice as the drummer for great defunct math-metal band Collapsar. The guys work behind the scenes at an area TV station, dealing with most of the blame when you can’t blame on-air talent for anything that they do wrong. That TV gig may be thankless at times, so composing and rehearsing music and performing it in front of people becomes downright rewarding.
