From the time they were in their mid-teens playing venues that ranged from Toys Music to skating rinks to 2008 when they called it a day, Destroyed By Fire released SIX full-length cds. Influenced by a broad spectrum of rock goodness from Rush to The Pixies, DBF was certainly in tandem with Lafayette’s last great wave of local indie and rock. Their final disc, the underappreciated Poland, was their second to be produced by defunct quirky indie artists Wizards of Boat. Al & Joey Tuminello(cousins) continue to record DIY solo efforts when time permits.
